This event is a celebration of all the great parks in the Louisville area. Please come with your favorite caching stories of The Parklands, Jefferson Memorial Forest, Cherokee Park, Waterfront Park, Tom Sawyer or any park in Louisville. Light snacks will be provided. Please bring your beverage of choice.
The agenda will be as follows:
10:00 Event begins.
10:00 - 10:30 Various games testing your knowledge of Louisville area parks.
10:30 Raffle prizes awarded. (1 ticket issued for each game completed)
10:45 - 12:00 Socializing in the shelter. Caching nearby.
Note: If all goes as planned, 18 new caches plus an AdventureLab will publish Friday evening. Seven cache types available, counting the Community Celebration Event. Most of the new caches are along the Paw Paw and Chinkapin Trails.
