This cache was created/placed to encource people to attend CITOs at this park and many others all over to pick up trash, plant vegetation and do other community service projects! The cachewas also placed to help draw people to the event. I think that CITO is a great way to give back to our "gameboard" earth by removing trash from it. Please, if you see any trash on your way to this cache, pick it up!
BTW: If you want to know what the tittle means (it's another hint !), it would be helpful to know French.
