If you follow the stairs up to the right, just before the foot bridge you will come to a smaller trail that branches off to the right. Follow that trail up to the stump and enjoy the view. The cache isn't far from here. Be careful there are rocks and the ground is uneven.
This was the location my geocacheing partner and I had our first date so we decided it would be special to place one here. So we encourage you to bring your loved ones up here. Bring some snacks, some beverages, and enjoy the beauty of this place. Remember to take all of your trash and be respectful of your surroundings.
