Geocache Description:

Adding a few more to the E. O. T. L. series. These caches are placed to get you out & about the many back roads around the area & show off the rolling hills & the faboulus views.

Apparently I have unintentionally misled you with the name of the cache. The "Look up-way up" does NOT refer to where or how to access/find the cache; it is meant for you to take a good look at the structure which is in front of you. To me it is quite impressive, but possibly others might not see it that way.(I can actually see this structure from my apartment balcony.) So look for a more common place for a cache to be hidden.
