I recently came across this cache, and it seems to be a fitting cache to replace the former "The Lion's Den". Cache is hidden at the base of the rock wall. If you look closely you can see the drill holes in the rock wall where rock was blasted away; likely to build the base of the former railroad bed that ran through this area to the lake. Cache is at ground level.

While the rock wall is mostly stable there is sign some rock has fallen over the course of the winter. Be alert when you search. Cache is at ground level. Rocks are most likely to fall in the winter and after rains. Search with care since there is a slight risk that rocks could slide off the hill above you.
