This cache is located in a small parkette or water access point in Rossmore in the very north end of Prince Edward County. This parkette offers great views of the City of Belleville, especially at night. Directly across the Bay of Quinte at this location is the City of Belleville Water Treatment Plant. Rossmore and County Road 28 to Fenwood Gardens are serviced by a watermain from the Belleville Water Treatment plant and the watermain runs under the bay and directly through this parkette to service these small communities.
