This geocache is not at the posted coordinates.  They are at the Club House of the Soule Park Golf Course, a public golf course in Ojai, CA.

The final is in Soule Park, which is accessed off Boardman Road. The park opens at 7:30 yearround; closing time varies by season, but around sunset.  There is a $2.00 entry fee on weekdays and $6.00 on weekends. Once you have the coordinates for the final, it should not take you long to find the geocache.  I will leave it up to you whether you pay the fee or not, but I will warn you that based on two ticky-tack parking citations I received from the Ventura County Park Rangers while I was geocaching, I recommend you pay the fee.

The stroke index is a numbering system used in handicap golf competitions. The rules of golf require that the committee in charge of a competition publish a Handicap Stroke Table indicating the order of holes in which handicap strokes are to be given. Usually, the table is included on the scorecard, and the stroke index of each hole is listed as a number from 1 to 18. Handicap strokes are given at holes where the stroke index of the hole is less than or equal to the number of strokes given. The table can be used in both match play and stroke play competitions.
