Geocache Description:

I placed this cache as a representative of the North Coast Ecology Centre Society (NCECS). A small society with big dreams of creating a nature centre in Prince Rupert. Check us out on FB! The tub has some little items for trade or to take home just for fun.

The area is a great place to take your dog for a walk, view some coming and goings of sea planes, and even check out the garden centre they are in the process of making (eventually will have a cafe!). The trail head is just to the south of the cache and its a nice walk from Seal Cove to Rushbrook.

Please be mindful that this is placed near the entrance to a running business and so please do not park in road during business hours and watch out for them muggles! Permission was granted for as long as the positioning of this cache doesn't interrupt normal business.

Parking would best be found (for short periods) at the curling rink. If you plant on checking out the trail, please park on the other side of the little cove (there are signs). There are seals found in the area just like the name suggests, but also a Great Blue Heron can also be found in the area.

The cache is a screw top plastic tub. It is "disguised" and hidden from plain sight.
