Running along the northern boundary of Murray Sunset National Park, Settlement Road hosts an ever-changing landscape. For the length of the geoart the dirt roads would be suitable for most vehicle types. Traveling the roads, you may spot a Kangaroo or two, Emus, reptiles and the friendly flies.
Some important notes about the Geoart area:
- Phone reception is minimal to none
- The roads are all dirt. Please avoid using after rain
- One side of the road is farmland. No geocaches are placed on private property, on or beyond fence lines.
- The other side of the road is forest/parkland.
- The closest 24hr fuel station is approx. 50km away in Mildura
- There may be sand drifts that have encroached on some areas of roads down to Settlement Road.
