What: Celebrating 20 years of geocaching - in spite of Covid
Where: By the statue at the bottom of the High Street
Who: You - but don't forget your hat.
If you happen to arrive before the start time please stand away from the statue. You could stand in a shop doorway (with your hat in a shopping bag). Then as the town clock strikes 7 you should put on your hat. We will all assemble next to the statue.
Please note that we also welcome the hatless: wearing a hat is optional.
We will take some photos, sign the log book and chat about caching. You will have an opportunity for swapping trackables. If its raining we will do this in the Star pub just across the road.
Bobcat will judge the hats and we will award prizes for:
- the best hat,
- the funniest hat, and
- the most useless hat.
Adventure labs are perfect for these Covid constrained times and Guildford is home to a number of them. Bobcat and I will be doing one while we are here, and you are welcome to join us.
