This little section of road is the original Cedar Point road before they rerouted it a bit south to allow the refinery to expand. Why it was preserved and an access road added is a mystery. There is nothing on this small section of road. I assume it was a legal requirement to maintain easy access for the land to the north if the owner wanted to subdivided it. Who knows? Maybe they left it for Geocacher use. Yeah, that is probably it.

This is my third attempt at getting a new cache published for April. The previous two have been rejected due to the temporary restrictions put in place by the reviewers due to the Covid-19 situation. Each attempt was bit more isolated. Hopefully the third time's the charm!
