Geocache Description:

Another hide in the woods of the Kenmawr Conservation Area - a part of the Hollow Oak Land Trust.  This is a rugged hike to the top of the hill where you will find a plateau that offers a nice view of Neville Island and the communities across the Ohio River!  This hike is not easy - there are no formal trails to get you to the top. You may find fits and starts of little trails that will lead you in the direction of the cache.  You are sure to encounter a stream crossing, many downed tress to jump over and thick shrubby plants that will want to poke you in the eye! . It could be terrible in the summer months! There is no formal trail system in this conservation area. You may notice some pink ribbons tied to tress here and there - remnants of a project once started by a boy scout several years ago. None-the-less, it is a challenging hike for those who like this sort of thing.

Please use your common sense when deciding if this cache is for you. Be sure to mark the parking area so you can find your way back. This area is open to archery hunting (by permit only through Hollow Oak) - so please keep that in mind and wear orange during huntig season!

A scratch off lottery ticket for the first to find!  good luck!
