Were excited about this hide as we haven’t seen one quite like this in our geo travels. It is more of a gadget cache as it is easy to find but you must use given gadgets (including the container) to get into the cache and sign the logbook. We archived the original version of this geocache and rightly resubmitted as a traditional geocache version.
The cache will be found to the side of Hamilton Hill Road roughly a kilometer away from the old Information Booth and near some of the fun Godey Creek walking and biking trails. Be sure to check out some of the nearby geocaches in the area if you have time. Possibly go for a hike, bike ride, or simply take a break from driving and take an opportunity to grab a cache. In any case, there are some nice views of Merritt along the way.
