This cache is on government property, the Barry Goldwater Range.  Therefore, you must have not only a permit to be on the land you also must sign in.  Do not go off-road.  Staying on mapped and identified roads is required.

Four wheel drive and high clearance vehicle recommended due to the desert terrain.  Be cautious of desert creatures and pointy vegitation.
