This is a short multi taking you out into the woods only. It could basically have been anywhere. There is absolutely nothing special to it. Or is there ?
Multicaches split cachers between those who like and those who dislike them. A similar point of argue also goes for traditionals, too simple or too difficult. In reality this argue goes for most other cache types too.
A multi can be easier or harder than a traditional. It can contain more elements or less than a traditional. It can take more or less time than a traditional.
One argue against a multi is a poor explanation of what needs to be done at site. It can be easily misunderstood. That is of course not the fault of the multi concept. One argue for the multi is that it can show you interesting places or information.
The main difference is that you must observe something more closely to retrieve information and also read the cache description in a multi. Should you not do that in a traditional ?
Of course you will always have to approach at least two different places while with a traditional it is only one place.
This multi contains four stations before you reach the final. You can ask your self at each station was this necessary. And also why.
This may give you an impulse to reflect on what is really necessary to you and what is not. Perhaps more important than this multi itself ?
If you arrive by car then :
PLEASE DO NOT PARK AT ENTRANCES TO PRIVATE GROUND. DO NOT PARK ON THE ROAD AND NOT ON THE BY THE OWNER PARKING SIGN MARKED AREA UNLESS YOU HAVE THE REQUESTED PERMISSION !
INSTEAD USE THE PARKING SPOT REFERRED TO IN THE DESCIPTION.
A public transport is by bus Blue Express and the bus stop Angereds kyrka. You will get a refreshing stroll to the starting point passing a golf course and Hells Angels HQ.
Another alternative is to stroll through the woods from Rannebergen (Bus stop Fjällbruden).
It is also possible to approach from the north by Rördalsvägen and Trollsjönäs with some caches to find along the way too.
Starting point is at a trailhead :
The starting point will take you to a sign. If you read it or not is up to you. It is unnecessary for finding the final.
Stage 1 at the posted coordinates :
Here you will find a number. Note it down and assign it to N.
Stage 2 :
Look around, turn yourself 360 degrees and answer what you see. There may be more than one object that is correct !
Multiply the relevant numbers found after each object and assign it to T.
- parts of a scrapped car - 2
- a small standing stone - 4
- birch tree - 6
- a walking path - 3
- a small lake - 5
- a small creek - 7
- juniper bush - 8
- a torch hanging in a nearby spruce – 9
Stage 3 :
A fir tree but how many trunks ?
And how many thick branches below 2m above the ground ?
Add (+) these two numbers together and assign to F.
Stage 4 :
A birch tree. How many trunks ? Assign number to B.
Final :
Now some small calculations which hopefully will take you to the Final.
X.XXX = (F*(T-N)+B*99)/1000
Y.YYY =( (T+N)-(B*B*B*F)+F)/1000
Replace X.XXX and Y.YYY in

With the numbers you calculated in the equations
above.
The container is a PET tube and where it is located should become obvious at site.
