Geocache Description:

congrats to Rick&Suzy aka mrmoko for fTF

Recently while caching in the Houston area, i was at the Challenger Memorial park that had 2 caches that i needed for our Jasmer.  In seeking one of the caches i entered the thicket, fighting spider webs and fearing feral hogs.   Found a beat up cache that did not fit the cache description, inside i found an old moldy log.  Confused because CO had recently replaced it with a large PB jar.  Sent CO a pic and an explanation.  He stated that i had found an older version (maybe original cache from 2004), He asked me to cut it down and i could keep it.  On my way out of the thicket i found the replacement, signed that log and flew home with the container. Worried it would get confiscated or questioned at TSA.  Today while hiking my favorite trail, checking caches and self isolating with only wildlife on the trail,  I decided the trail could use a new cache or 2.    Used this container and hung it almost like it was in Houston.     Thanks THOT for a piece of geocaching history.  Cache was originally :  The Holding Tree GCKV6E placed October 2004.    This cache may or may not help you with your Jasmer,  it was placed during Covid 19 lockdown April 2020.
