a favorite trail that has some really great caches by us, Funbuxx and BLMBilbo..... there is also a nearby hidden, secret canyon that Geobyhorseback has placed great caches. Today i figured out how to make it a loop hike with only a little bit of bushwacking. Cache is placed near a really cool tree that i thought was downed, but turns out that is living, just growing at a really crazy angle. Best route to cache is to hike East Mesa trail to GC849HY Come and Get It cache, then turn your gaze up the hill. Approximately 0.1 mile, 528 feet UP. The terrain is rocky, slightly steep, with a few cactus and lots of scrub oak so pick your path WISELY and enjoy the scenery. The back track or continue to the caches down the canyon. ENJOY! The trail and caches dont get alot of attention.... not sure why ... i think it is a beautiful area and worth the effort! please rehide cache so that it is hidden.
