Stuck inside during most of April as one of those Ontarians for whom it is recommended to stay inside except for physically-distanced walking, I felt sorry for those seeking to complete their Jasmer challenges, and needing an April 2020 cache for it. So I put this one out along my regular walking route. The title reflects me, a Canadian Retiree out walking, hence CROW, for Canadian Retiree Out Walking. The cache is a simple traditional, winter-friendly placement.
