Geocache Description:

This is the final stop for a trip around the perimeter of Adwalton Moor and finds us just across the road from the moor. Just the other side of the road is the site of the royalist gun line as the battle of Adwalton Moor was about to begin. One of the commemorative stones should be in sight if you cross the road and stand on the mound looking across the moor.
