Another new series of caches, this time in the George Lorimer Preserve, part of the Open Lands Conservancy. It's a great place to hike, full of features including lots of trails around meadows, woods, ponds, and part of the Valley Creek. Like most areas in Chester County, George Lorimer Preserve is full of invasive species; we received permission to place caches in OLC Preserves while participating in their annual Vine Days to cut and remove invasive vines. Please join OLC for their Vine Days on the second Saturday of the winter and spring months.
What are you looking at here? What's being eaten by what? You're getting warmer...
Congrats to Forbez for FTF!
Lorimer Preserve is a great place to hike, though still important to observe the requirements of the PA Stay At Home order, while "Engaging in outdoor activity, such as walking, hiking or running if they maintain social distancing."
Placed with permission of the Open Lands Conservancy.
