This is another cache that has been placed for those geocachers who are making the trek out to GCZMW6 The Point.
It's a long trek out to The Point (GCZMW6), so this cache and GC702T5 have been placed to break up the walk, and perhaps an opportunity to take a break, take a few deep breaths of the sea air, perhaps sit down and have a snack whilst watching the shorebirds.
Please park near S42 50.541 E147 32.483. As this car park is a little bit isolated, please do not leave valuables in your car.
This part of the beach is horse friendly and dog friendly (see signage as you make your way on the the beach from the car park).
This cache is located approximately half way along the beach on the way to the Point. If the weather is good and you have plenty of daylight, you may as well keep going. We are so lucky to have such a beautiful beach so close to the city, take some time to enjoy it!
The cache is located up off the beach, immediately adjacent to a prominent trail, so no need to bush bash across the dunes as you approach, just stay on the beach until you are level with the track and then make your way up and over the dune.
