SETI researcher Elliott Taylor believes that he has received a communication indicating the location of a spacecraft of extraterrestrial origin. He has deciphered part of the message, which indicates that the spacecraft is in "Non-Euclidean Earth-Surface Quadrangle Uniform-Foxtrot-Oscar", which he believes covers N39° 0.000' W77° 0.000’ to N39° 59.999' W77° 59.999’.
Using an advanced probabilistic Bayesian network running on a 14 kilo-qubit quantum computer, Elliott has predicted the craft's coordinates (listed above), but these coordinates are almost certainly not 100% accurate.
Elliot believes that more precise location information (down to about a resolution of about 16.7 microquadrangles) may have been encoded in some alien mathematical formalism in the image shown below. Neither math nor xenolinguistics are really Elliott's strong suit, so maybe you can help him out.
