Geocache Description:

I have always imagined that when you climb these stone stairs with their kelp handrails you would arrive at King Neptune's west coast throne, with a view over all of the kingdom of Pacifica. But alas no, there is only a small stone bench to sit upon. And where is his trusty Trident?
