This is #13 in a mystery series of 14 geocaches of the GA400 overpasses in Forsyth County - Exit 16: Pilgrim Mill Road. The cache is not at the posted coordinates. Your task is to solve the mystery to find the final location.
Pilgrim Mill Rd is a 6.7 mile road that is exit #16 off of GA400. This road will take you from downtown Cumming on its western terminus to Tidwell Park on its eastern terminus. At the time of this cache being posted, Pilgrim Mill Rd was going through a widening phase that started back in Aug, 2018 with plans to be done in July, 2020 (insert laughter here).
