Geocache Description:

Another of my series of Caches marking points of the southern Railway line from okehampton to Bude. This is a simple cache and dash at the bottom of a quite lane. The hill here was called Red Brick hill as the railway line; which had left the Main line to Plymouth at Meldon junction crossed over the A30 here on a Red Brick Bridge. This was before the dual carriage way was built and from what I can remember it was demolished when a passing lane was installed on this hill.  As the railway line between the Granite way and the A30 is overgrown I sited this one as near as I could. Cache is on the LH side as you come up the lane and can be accessed from the lane.
