They say Robert Johnson met the devil at the crossroads and sold his soul in exchange for guitar skills. I'm not sure if he'd find the devil here, but you can find a geocache without selling your soul.
I increased the difficulty because I needed to change the hide type. If you approach this from the right angle it may be easier, I don't know. Although it is easily reachable from the sidewalk, it's not quite wheelchair accessible.
Remember to bring your own pen.
