What are these landscaping timbers doing here anyway? With a little imagination they could be a grandstand for the nearby disc golf course. A place to stand and politely and quietly applaud (a golf clap) as the disc golfers pass by. Could there also be a geocache hidden here?
This one is located in Gower Park. Best place to park is in the main parking lot near the baseball fields and walk to the cache location. There are at least two other geocaches located in the park which are also best accessed from the parking lot. The container is camoed to blend in with its surroundings. Please hide it back just as or better than you found it so it will not be muggled.
Be aware that there may be folks playing disc golf. No worries as they will be moving on shortly. Feel free to give them a polite golf clap. There is also is a swimming pool complex located outside the park viewed at a distance. When it is open there will certainly be many people using the pool. They are far enough away and will be otherwise occupied.
The hint is pretty much a dead giveaway. Please don't use it unless you are having trouble finding it.
