Geocache Description:

This seems like the epicentre of Vulcan, a shrine to Spock, so we were surprised there was no cache here. It's possible there used to be one here years ago, but we can't remember. This small park is in fact known as "Bell Park," as the old town bell is on display here, alongside the Spock attractions. The bell was used for a "curfew" starting in 1919.

This is the location of the bronze head of Spock bust, as well as an imprint of Leonard Nimoy's hand, fittingly in the shape of the Vulcan salute. These were created when Leonard Nimoy visited Vulcan in April 23, 2010. There is plenty of information on the plaques here, so you can read up on Leonard Nimoy, Spock, as well as the old town bell. Vulcan, Alberta is of course THE destination for Alberta Trekkies/Trekkers, and of course is an attraction for Star Trek lovers from all over the world. The town was featured in a 1997 documentary movie, presented by Denise Crosby (who played Tasha Yar in ST: TNG) called "Trekkies." It is well worth a watch, as it is quite amusing and entertaining to see just how passionate the fans of Star Trek can be.

The hint is in the name itself.
