This is our first cache hide. It was inspired by an old multi cache that was once part of the gun battery a long time ago.
The first cache is not at the posted coordinates. These coordinates are to one of three entrances into the gun battery.
For the first stage you will need a flashlight and be willing to be adventurous in very dark areas of the gun battery. You will be looking for a very small non-movable magnet hiding in plain sight with the coordinates labeled on it (look but don't touch). The coordinates are posted in one of the 12 rooms. Once you have the final coordinates you can enjoy the hike to the cache or drive to a closer parking area. Please hide the cache as you found it. The final stage is an arms length from the trail. No bushwacking required.
