This destination hosts a summer festival of horse racing and trackside entertainment, once per year at the historic Makaraka racecourse on the outskirts of Gisborne on the sunny east coast of New Zealand, North Island.
You do not need to enter the gates to the racecourse.
For this cache you will need to bring a pen/pencil. This can be a high muggle area as you are on a main highway into Gisborne.
