Lacy Traditional Cache

The Blue Star Memorial Highways are memorial highways in the United States that pay tribute to the U.S. armed forces. The National Council of State Garden Clubs, now known as National Garden Clubs, Inc., started the program in 1945 after World War II. The blue star was used on service flags to denote a service member fighting in the war. The program has since been expanded to include Memorial Markers and Memorial By-Ways. These markers are used in National Cemeteries, parks, veterans' facilities, and gardens.

This cache is named after my goddaughter who recently started geocaching. You are looking for a camouflaged magnetic container. This is a very high muggle area, so use your ultimate stealth skills here. Please place the cache back in exactly how you found it. You don't want it to be too low or it could get knocked off during maintenance. There is parking available on the same side of the road as the fountain. Please do not pull over on the shoulder and stop traffic to get this cache.
