After placing this one, close to dusk, I floated for a few minutes listening to planes coming and going from McGuire Air Force Base.
NJ requires one PFD per occupant in all canoes and kayaks. Children 12 and under must wear a PFD while on the water at all times. Paddle responsibly, know the risks, and practice safe boating procedures.
