Most caches are preforms or test tubes with Rite in the Rain paper, if damp please wipe it dry and you will be able to write on it. All log sheets have a protective straw around them for easy exit from container, please replace the protective cover so the next Geocacher has an easy time.
This cache is intended to be retrieved by canoe, kayak, or any other type of small water vessel. Take a boat ride and enjoy the wildlife. Please do not walk on any private property.
Caches are hanging from a tree and contain only a logbook. Please bring your own writing instrument and replace as found.
Most caches that are rated 4.5 for terrain should be easily reached from a kayak. Those rated 5 for terrain will be easier from a canoe as you may need to stand or reach into the tree or bushes. The water level in the Welland River changes as the year goes on, if water level is low these caches will be harder to reach.

At the time when the caches were placed there was a giant log jam 4 caches down the river from Robert Land launch area at the old train bridge between GC8V5HV "C" Welland River Paddle and GC8T724 #1 Welland River Paddle. We portaged around it with a canoe and two kayaks in about half an hour. Picture below.
