Every year Sweetieheart and I celebrate National Trails Day by hiking a new trail. In 2020, the City of Grapevine Parks Department hosted an event for further exploration of their trails. The cache is hidden near the Meadowmere Trail.
The Meadowmere Trail runs along Grapevine Lake. It's a graveled trail, but you'll have to leave the trail to find the cache.
Parking is free at the Sports and Athletic Field. It's not that long of a walk. You can also choose to hike the trail. It's a lovely little hike but you will need a hat. The only shaded walking will be in the evening and where the cache is hidden.
