Back in September 2014, I placed a tribute cache to the Cools family (GC5EC51) for 4 years of continuous daily caching.

Way back on September 22, 2010 one of our fellow cacher families began a streak for consecutive days with a find. I placed caches to commemorate their second and third anniversary, but now an amazing FOUR years have passed since that endeavour began. There must have been plenty of fun family adventures during that time, as well as days that it was darn difficult to squeeze a cache run into. So..as a cacher who has only managed to muster a meager 47 consecutive day streak, I've got to tip my hat to the Cool Easy Cache clan. I'm sure I'll never come close to their outstanding record.
In recognition of such an achievment, I have placed this cache in the hunting ground of cool easy cache.

Well... in actual fact, the Cools are now living in California and are keeping their streak alive, which is currently sitting at a 3550 continuous days.... which is 9.7 years! AMAZING!
The widening of the 401 highway has claimed the spot of the original cache. Soon cars will be zipping over the spot where it resided. I have created a new cache for this tribute, retaining the original name.
