I've always been a fan of Winona, and all it has to offer. I grew up in the area, and was amazed that the Levee didn't hava any caches. So, I left this one for all to enjoy, plus the mystery cache that starts here too. Enjoy.

This is made with camouflaged thermos. Please place securely when you're done.
