The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. It is, however, somewhere in the land of N38 W121. Solve the puzzle to obtain the coordinates of the physical container.
As a young man, one of my favorite soccer players was José Luis Chilavert. One never knew what he would do next. A goalkeeper who scored goals, he had swagger. Anyway, "Chila" might just appreciate this puzzle. He would tell you that he scored THREE TIMES in a single game (but he might omit that they were "penales"). Anyway, consider the images below and somehow derive a single ten-digit number. Then, you'll have to consider this description to figure out one additional mathematical step to take. Then with some simple parsing, you'll have the coordinates to the final.
