This cache is hidden on the upper part of the Purisima Creek Trail in Purisima Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve. You can hike to it by starting either from the Half Moon Bay entrance (Purisima Creek Road) or from the South Parking Lot (Skyline Boulevard, which is the shorter route). You are looking for a small, camoflauged lock and lock container hidden just off to the side of the trail. There is not room in the cache for a writing implement, so BYOP.
Please be stealthy when looking for the cache as this is a busy trail. This is my fourth cache in a series of hides along the Purisima Creek Trail. The coordinates may be a bit bouncy due to the tall redwood trees. Purisima Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve is part of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District and is open half an hour before sunrise to half an hour after sunset, please respect these hours when caching.
