Welcome to the Willow Reservoir or Willow Flowage! The Willow Reservoir is a artifical lake in Oneida County, Wisconsin formed by a dam on the Tomahawk River. The dam and reservoir level are controlled by the Wisconsin Valley Improvement Company as a part of regulating the overall flow of the upper Wisconsin River. The flowage has 79.2 miles of shore line, 6306 acres, and a max depth of 30 feet.
This spot has been and is still a favorite beach for me and my family to enjoy. Expecially my two oldest grandchildren Claire and Evan! So the grandkids decided that this would be a perfect place for a geocache. The kids picked the "secert spot" and helped with ideas for the type & placement (okay, I may have influence them a tad).
Please enjoy the beach area.
PLEASE USE TOTT AND REPLACE AS FOUND SO THE NEXT CACHER CAN HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE! ENJOY!
