Geocache Description:

There are many walks in and around the bustling town of Keswick and one of the most popular is called The Catbells. You can start this walk from the town centre (if you're lucky enough to find a free all day parking spot) or you can drive out a little further down past the Pencil Museum towards Portinscale where, in about half a mile, you'll find a unmarked/unnamed turn off on your left that will eventually lead to a road where free parking is available near where the cache is placed. The small road is also located next to the Cumbria Way so if you fancy doing a little bit of that, you're in luck.

The cache is a small red plastic box and we advise that you bring your own writing material. Once you have found the cache, we ask that you return everything the way it was as best as possible before continuing on your journey.
