This seemed like a good spot to hide a cache. The question for you is, where in the world is it? Parking might be tricky, but I'll leave that up to you. Study up before you head out, then go for it.
DO NOT open any nearby electrical or communications equipment! The cache is NOT inside any of them. This is not a subtle misdirect - DO NOT OPEN THEM.
