Geocache Description:

This cache is part of the Camp MiGO’s 2nd annual event. This cache is placed to recognize one of Michigan’s many lakes.  This cache is located just off one of the many trails located in Sleepy Hollow State Park. Most of the trails are well groomed and hard packed making a bike a great way to get to the caches in the area.  A Michigan Passport is required for entry to the park and may be purchased there.  Keep in mind during the hunting season to be aware of hunters in the area.  Hunting is allowed from September 15th until April 1st each year.

Devils Lake – is located in northwest Lenawee County two miles east of Addison.  This clear, clean lake has a mostly sand and sand cover-marl bottom.  Its outflow is Bean Creek, a tributary of Ohio’ Maumee River, which empties into Lake Erie.  Devils Lake supports a varied and fast growing fish community.  The lake contains one of region’s best populations of bragging size bluegills, as well as good numbers of yellow perch.  Anglers make fair to excellent catches of crappier and bass, and the lake produces big winter caught pike.  Fishing pressure is heavy.

This cache is a  lock and lock container  located along one of the many trails in the Sleepy Hollow State Park. There is no bushwhacking required and its less than 70 feet off the trail.
