Geocache Description:


Long ago, this trail was the main route over the mountains. Now the cars whiz by on Highway 17 below. You can come all the way up on the Jones Trail, but I think the Flume Trail is a more pleasant route. Of course you can do a loop and try both.

The cache is a former sherbet container, about 8-10 feet from the trail on the uphill side. Try to keep muggles from seeing what you are up to, though that can be tricky at times.

St. Joseph's Hill OSP is open from sunrise to a half hour past sunset. Happy caching.
