Geocache Description:

Did you know in 1911, the town of Black Diamond became Pittsburg?

In the latter half of the nineteenth century, coal became the predominant energy source in the United States.

The area around Mount Diablo was discovered to have veins of ligate coal, and several mines were opened, including the Cumberland and Black Diamond.

New to the geo crew, being born and raised in the Burg I noticed Downtown Pittsburg doesn’t have too many caches, that changes now!!

There is no need to climb, if you have a seat on the tile, you can lean back and reach!

BYOP only room enough for log and very small trade items.

Congrats to RV CREW for FTF
