Phoenix series
This series of caches are the revival and rebirth of some of the many caches that have been archived from the North Drove, The Inbetweeners and Monkeying around Tickenham that were Placed by treboryetsna.
Having Adopted these great sets of caches with lovely walks from treboryetsna it is my intension to replace as many of the lost caches as possible and to try to keep the original themes and locations but some of the locations are not possible and new one’s will be found.
These little beauties have allowed COs to placeGeocaches in urban settings where larger containers just wouldn't survive. This only issue is that because they'er so small it often takes SEVERAL attempts to find and log them .....
Enjoy and please replace for the next finder to have as much fun as you.
Written log must be made to count as a find.
Please do not add or take anything from this Cache no swops Thankyou.
You will need a pen and for some of the caches on this walk of 20 caches (north drove and inbetweeners and there phoenix replacements ) you will need Tweezers. You will also need Stelth on this very popular area for walkers.
Placed along and around the public footpaths of North Drove Rhyne and Parish Brook and can form a nice circular walk. These footpaths can get muddy and wet (lots of puddles) after rain so avoid your best shoes. Care should also be taken as there are rhynes on both sides of the footpath. You can park at the junction of Hanham Way/Watery Lane in the layby next to the public footpath. Lovely views in all directions and a nice quiet path.
This area is Part of the Tickenham, Nailsea and Kenn moors Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) so please take care not to stray off the footpaths or damage any flora and fauna in the area.
Many thanks to Natural England for giving permission for the cache to be placed in a SSSI area.
