Log the Fort
This cache is located near the log fort at Williamson Park in Darlington, SC.
In 1928, Bright and Margaret Williamson gave more than 50 acres of land to the people of Darlington to create Williamson Park. With additional gifts of land, the Park now includes approximately 70 acres of cypress forest, through which Swift Creek meanders. Boardwalks, bridges, and footpaths allow visitors to see the more than 300 plant and animal species that flourish here. Nature enthusiast, bird watcher or those who just want a liesure walk through nature will enjoy the 1 mile Outer Loop Trail.
While you are at the park make sure to walk around and check out the walking trails and bridges that meander around and above Swift Creek.
The Cache:
The Cache is a peanut butter jar that is concealed from muggle view. It contains a log sheet, and trade items including: a coozie, and a key chain. Please read the note that is in the cache wrapped around the logbook, make sure to sign the logbook and return the cache to the EXACT location you found it.
