The cache is not at the posted coordinates, they are for the Nicholas and Gabriel Sator House. This house is one of the only wood frame structures that survived the fires of the raid on Havre de Grace in the War of 1812, and it still stands today.
In order to find the coordinates for this cache you have to complete the "Havre de Grace and the War of 1812" Adventure Lab. As you correctly answer the questions, pay close attention - the values of A, C, E, M and S will be revealed. The cache can be found at:
