This collection of caches has nothing to do with the Church Micro series in the UK. Given that the Australian 2016 census indicates that No Religion and Jedi Knight are the fastest increasing classifications of the optional religion question "What is the person's religion?" it is not surprising that there is surfeit of empty churches that have been repurposed.

Church of St Canice, Snowtown. Brick catholic church, which replaced the original 1882 church. The church is currently for sale. A beautiful building with brick and timber features, plus stained glass windows and a spiral staircase that takes you up to the mezzanine floor. Showpiece nave has exposed timber beams. From the foundation stone visible from the footpath use the date AB August DEFG to calculate the location of the nearby geocache.
