Cette série de caches a un double objectif : vous faire suivre le parcours de la course Trail Urbain de Saint-Denis (TUSD) d'une longueur de 22 km et 600m de dénivelé positif, mais aussi et surtout de vous faire découvrir des coins de Saint-Denis que vous n'avez peut-être pas, ou peu, arpentés. Je précise que je ne suis en aucun cas organisateur de cette course, mais veux vous faire partager ce parcours original qui permet de découvrir le chef-lieu d'une autre manière.
Concernant cette cache (TUSD 5) : le quartier des Camélias est en pleine réfection et des centaines de logement ont été construits et/ou réhabilités. Cet escalier, central dans le quartier a été peint en rouge et cela lui donne du cachet ! La cache se trouve en haut de l'escalier à proximité de l'école Françoise Mollard Vous pouvez vous garer à proximité.

These geocaches have two goals : on the one hand, you may follow the route of the Saint-Denis urban trail (TUSD), a race of 22 km and 600 meters of overall elevation gain, but on the other hand, this series of caches is aimed to discover certain quarters of Saint-Denis you may have not experienced yet. I assure you that I don't belong to the race staff, I just want to share with you this nice course that allows you to discover the main city of Reunion Island in a original way.
Concerning this cache (TUSD 5) : Camélias neighbourhood is being renovated nowadays and hundreds of flats have been built or renovated. These stairs are central in the neighbourhood was painted in red and it gave them some character. The cache is situated up from the stairs, on the right hand of side from Françoise Mollard prem School. You can park a car close to the aera.
