Title says it all really - I've seen quite a few similar but none quite so extreme! 
Cache is a Bison, there is no direct access from the dual carriageway - you'll need to use the Raglan/Mitchell Troy road (2 miles from Raglan, 4.5 miles from Monmouth), and there are parking and trailhead waypoints provided. It's just a quarter of a mile each way from the car to cache
***Talking of which the marked car parking is at the entrance to the now-defunct old road but you will need to park carefully so as not to block it for the house drive that comes off that bit.***
